Return & Exchange Policy
*No returns shall be accepted on items with discounted prices! 
Incase an exchange request is raised and the size is out of stock, we shall issue a credit note with a 1 year validity to the customers.
Return/Exchanges aren't possible for International shipments. 


Southside has a 10-day return policy for all domestic purchases made through the Southside website.

  • Purchased products can only be returned through the Southside website (
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged the way it was received for return shipments.
  • All refunds are credited back to the customers original method of payment. In case of COD deliveries, a bank transfer is initiated, once Southside Collective receives the deposit from the delivery partner. 
  • Refunds will be processed from SOUTHSIDE COLLECTIVE PVT LTD within 1 week of return approval. When the amount will credit in your account shall depend on your bank account.
  • Customers who purchase an item and decide to cancel their order before its shipped shall receive a full refund, less any shipping charges incurred by Southside, as well as any applicable taxes or duties.
  • Returns/exchanges and refunds are not possible on discounted products. 
  • For international deliveries, Southside is not liable to bare any customs or duties to paid at the time of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.




All sales at and are final.

We have limited and curated collection, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible always. However, if it's a genuine Size Exchange we can surely support. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed on Shoe Care products.

Please inform us within 10 days of order of any request like this, and we will try to accommodate. We can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact. And only for a size exchange, if we don't have your size available, we will provide a store credit.
