Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please login to your account on Returns or you can contact us at support@southsidecollective.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us at support@southsidecollective.com . You have 10 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange. Once initiated, your exchange will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7- 10 business days.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All sales at southside.in and southsidecollective.com are final.
We have limited and curated collection, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible always. However, if it's a genuine Size Exchange we can surely support. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed on Shoe Care products.
Please inform us within 10 days of order of any request like this, and we will try to accommodate. We can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact.
