It all began as a casual conversation between two friends. Relaxing in Florence, enjoying the warm Italian sun, savoring excellent coffee, and mingling with fellow designers at Pitti. Among the many topics discussed, shoes—particularly loafers—stood out. We talked about their significance, why they’re a timeless fashion staple, and the common sacrifice many of us make by prioritizing style over comfort.
