When will my order be dispatched?
Each pair is carefully processed before dispatch. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 working days. In certain situations, dispatch may take 5–8 working days due to unforeseen circumstances or operational delays.
When do you ship orders?
We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
How long does international delivery take?
International deliveries generally take 12–15 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs procedures in the destination country.

Orders & Exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
All purchases made on southside.in are final and cannot be canceled.
Do you accept returns?
As we release limited and curated footwear collections, returns are not always possible.
Do you accept international returns or exchanges?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. All international purchases are considered final.
Do you offer size exchanges?
We understand that fit matters. Genuine size exchange requests may be accommodated, subject to availability. During sale periods or promotional events, exchanges or returns are not accepted.
How long do I have to request a size exchange?
Requests must be made within 3days from the date of delivery.
What condition must the product be in for exchange?
The pair must be unused, with the original box and tags intact, to qualify for exchange. We require images or videos of the product before approving an exchange. If the product appears used in the images or videos, or if it is found to be used upon receipt, the exchange cannot be processed.
