Shipping Policy


We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5-8 working days, to ship the order. All COD orders require a timeline of 7-10 days. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Incase of International shipping it can vary between 12-15 business days or even more depending on custom formalities. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.


To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for DHL to deliver to your doorstep. As customs and duties vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility. 




All sales at and are final.

We have limited and curated collection, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible always. However, if it's a genuine Size Exchange we can surely support. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed on Shoe Care products or international orders.

Please inform us within 10 days of order of any request like this, and we will try to accommodate. We can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact. And only for a size exchange, if we don't have your size available, we will provide a store credit.
